+ I started my art classes with Nedi ( Nicolae Gavriliu ) a year ago. Ever since then, I have learned more about art and the techniques used in art than I have ever learned in my whole life. He is very dedicated and passionate in everything he does and you can see that he truly loves art and teaching it to other people, and this makes us, his students, passionate as well, - which transforms 'work' into something relaxing and pleasant.
His curriculum is very well planned that when you start, you start with the basics, and it gradually gets more advanced as the time goes by so that you feel secure with what you are doing, not frustrated that you started with something very difficult and you were not able to do that certain task.
Nedi is able to see what people need improvement in, and he is able to find extraordinary methods to help you do that. He always explains in such a way that it makes it very easy to understand, and not just understand, but to also be able to use that skill/lesson when doing a drawing, painting, or any other artwork.

+ Après en avoir discuté avec mes collègues en charge du camp pendant ton intervention, nous sommes d'accord pour dire que ton atelier a été apprécié par les enfants et le personnel de l'Alliance.
Tout a été bien préparé avant l'arrivée des élèves dans la salle de classe.
Tu as suscité l'intérêt des élèves pour la qualité de lignes, les couleurs froides et chaudes, les formes géométriques et les plans dans l'espace. Tu les as amenés à produire de belles œuvres d'art en deux dimensions en explorant avec créativité et soin les formes de représentation et les techniques simples.
Puis, après l'activité artistique, les enfants ont pu parler avec ton fils, l'explorateur, et émettre des sentiments éprouvés en voyageant dans l'océan.
Nous sommes tout fait d'accord de refaire l'activité quand l'occasion se présentera.

+ Nedi, - a very talented man! He teaches his students not to 'decal' reality, but to feel the shape and understand the way of building forms.
Nedi is very professional, possesing a tremendous knowledge in the fields of fine art, music, sacred geometry and theosophy. Golden ratio, Fibonacci number sequences, spirals etc, organically implemented into the drawing process, into the visual understanding of the world.
Nedi is a generous soul and an excellent teacher. His lessons on visual arts are inspirational - art always feels new and accessible to me.
