Nedi GAVRILIU has worked for the George Weston Limited Corporate Systems Department during the period February – June 2002. During this period Nedi worked on a number of projects, ranging from new website development to periodic look-and-feel update of corporate sites. He worked in various roles, independently, and as a part of a larger group.
Nedi completed all assignments as expected or exceeding expectations. GAVRILIU is an exceptionally talented and accomplished artist, graphic designer, web designer and developer. He possesses a unique combination of fine arts, applied arts and technical skills, which encompass many disciplines.
Nedi is a mature and experienced designer who knows how to listen, analyze and present his ideas. The execution of his work is exceptional. He is an accomplished artist (in traditional and traditional mixed media), but what is very rare, he is extremely well versed, fluent and productive in the electronic media. He can draw in illustrator, paint in photoshop, and compose in Dreamveawer, just as fluently, and as well as, with charcoal or acrylic/oil on canvass. He is very fast and productive, both in idea generation and execution.
Nedi brings with him a seldom-found combination of left/right brain talents and coordination. His technical knowledge of the web, the working environment, tools and technologies gives him a unique set of creative and development tools. Nedi is very comfortable in 3D graphics development, as well as animation (Flash).
Nedi’s multidisciplinary talents and accomplishments have added significant value to the projects he has worked on. It has been a pleasure working with him during his engagement, here at Weston.
